Assessment

Speech pathology assessments are often the first step in your child’s therapy journey. At CommuniKids, we offer assessments across a range of areas. You therapist will individualise the assessment based on your child’s speech and language needs. During the assessment, they will identify goal areas and discuss next steps with you. A report will be completed following the assessment.

Assessment options include:

• Speech sounds;

• Literacy;

• Stuttering;

• Language;

• Narrative;

• Early Intervention;

• Language Development Centre (LDC) applications;

• AAC; and

• Autism assessments.
