Lani is a speech pathologist at CommuniKids Speech Pathology. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Speech Pathology) and is a Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia.  Lani has special interests in the development of early interactions, parent-child attachment, strengths-based parent coaching, feeding, and early social interactions.

Lani has experience with working with children with speech sound disorders, stuttering, global developmental delays, Autism, Developmental Language Disorder, and Intellectual Disability, to name a few.

Lani has additional training in Hanen It Takes Two to Talk, Sounds-Write, Key Word Sign, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Lani also has experience with Circle of Security, DIR Floortime, Social Thinking and Talkabout programs, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

Lani enjoys spending time with her family and dogs. She also enjoys going for a hike in one of the many beautiful national parks around Perth, when she can find the time!
